RLPC-Rautaruukki signs increased 350 mln euros refinancing

LONDON, June 16 (Reuters) - Finnish metals group Rautaruukki RTRKS.L signed on Tuesday an increased three-year, 350 million euros ($483.9 million) loan refinancing, lead banks Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Nordea announced.

The multicurrency revolving credit facility was increased from a launch amount of 300 million euros after raising an oversubscription in syndication. [ID:nLT447193]

The financing pays a margin ranging between 250-350 basis points (bps) depending on a net gearing ratio tested on a quarterly basis.
