Italy's Autogrill (AGL.MI) is up more than 7 percent hitting a six-month high, boosted by a target price raise and is making up losses from worries about swine flu.

The highway and airport caterer had fallen sharply a few weeks ago on swine flu jitters, traders say. UniCredit raises its target price to 7.80 euros from 6.40 euros, with a "buy" rating.

"Autogrill's 1Q results demonstrated the highly beneficial effect that the management's cost-cutting plan is having on group accounts," it says in a note on last week's results.

"The main takeaway from these results is in our view that the company will clear debt covenant limits this coming June, and have a slim enough cost structure to take advantage of a recovery in traffic growth when it occurs."

At 1228 GMT, Autogrill is up 7.09 percent to 6.65 euros.
