CRITERIA (CRIT.MC) AGBAR (AGS.MC) SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT (SEVI.PA)

Spain's Criteria said on Monday it had ended talks with France's Suez Environnement (SEVI.PA) over its stake in water and services group Agbar (AGS.MC) without reaching an agreement.

On Saturday, Expansion had reported that Suez Environnement had made an offer to Spanish savings bank La Caixa for a further 24 percent of Agbar (AGS.MC).

Auditor DeLoitte uncovered a 40 million euro hole in the Spanish property firm's 2008 accounts, El Economista reported, citing documents to which the newspaper has had access.

JAZZTEL (JAZ.MC)

Chairman Leopoldo Pujals will invest a minimum of 16.4 million euros to subscribe to the telecom company's 82 million euro new share issue, Cinco Dias reported, citing an interview with the chairman.
