Italian Stocks - Factors to watch on June 23

 MILAN, June 23 (Reuters) - The following factors could
affect Italian markets on Tuesday.

 INTESA SANPAOLO (ISP.MI)
 French bank Credit Agricole (CAGR.PA) should have part of
its voting rights in the bank frozen, another key Intesa
shareholder told Reuters in an interview. [ID:nLM331932]
 
 The bank's system of supervisory and management boards can
be improved but is positive, Management Board Chairman Enrico
Salza said.
 
 Intesa's wholly owned Hungarian unit, CIB, said it would
increase its capital by nearly $209 million. [ID:nLM474239]
 
 FIAT (FIA.MI)
  * The industrial group is preparing a three-year bond aimed at
institutional investors with a 10 percent yield, or 750 basis
points above the midswap rate, Finanza & Mercati said in an
unsourced report. The company had no comment.
 
 Fiat could sell Chrysler vehicles in India if it gets
approval from local partner Tata Motors Ltd TAMI.BO, La Stampa
reported in an unsourced story.
 
 The industrial group's truck unit, Iveco, wants to grow more
and the 13.3 percent January-May market share in western Europe
is a "starting point", an Iveco exective said on Monday at an
event in Turin.
 
 ENI (ENI.MI)
 Edison (EDN.MI), Enel (ENEI.MI), Hera (HRA.MI), Iride
(IRD.MI), other Italian municipally-owned utilities, Gaz de
France (GSZ.PA), and E.ON (EONGn.DE) are among those interested
in acquiring Eni's north and central Italy oil assets, MF said
in an unsourced report.
 
 TELECOM ITALIA (TLIT.MI)
 The authority in charge of assuring equal access to the
phone company's network has opened an investigation at the
request of Fastweb (FWB.MI), several newspapers said.
 
  GENERALI (GASI.MI)
 The insurer's largest shareholder Mediobanca (MDBI.MI) is
becoming more cautious about reappointing Antoine Bernheim as
Generali's chairman in April next year, Corriere della Sera said
in an unsourced report.
 
 A2A (A2.MI)
 The regional utility said it had reappointed Giuliano
Zuccoli as chairman of its management board, in a move that

 The power grid operator said it had launched a 600 million
euro private bond placement to help finance investments.

 AON CORP AON.N
 The U.S. insurance broker has completed its purchase of BNL
Broker and is looking for other buys in Italy, its country
manager told Il Sole 24 Ore. It is in talks with an unnamed
Italian bank and an independent company, he said. The paper said
portfolios being examined could be those of Veneto Banca, Banca
Popolare di Verona, UBI Banca (UBI.MI) and Banca Popolare
dell'Emilia Romagna (EMII.MI).
 
 SMALL AND MID-CAPS
 
 AS ROMA (ASR.MI)
 The prospect of the soccer club's sale to the Fioranelli
consortium is receding and an auction is more likely, MF said.
Il Messaggero said club owners Italpetroli should break off
talks officially on Tuesday.
 
 RCS MEDIAGROUP (RCSM.MI)
 The publisher is cutting 180 workers at its Spanish unit
Unedisa, or about 7.5 percent of the total, in a first phase of
job cuts with the aim of reaching an overall 300-400, MF said in
an unsourced report.
 
 CREDEM (EMBI.MI)
The bank is considering selling its Euromobiliare Asset
Management unit and has attracted private equity interest,
Corriere della Sera said, citing the Radiocor news agency.
 
 TISCALI (TIS.MI)
 The Internet service provider said it would price a 190
million euro capital increase at 0.01 euro per share and
announced a reverse stock split to reduce the number of its
