STOCKS NEWS EUROPE-Premiere up, Goldman lifts trgt price

Shares in Premiere PREGn.DE rise 5.2 percent, making them the top gainers among German midcaps .MDAXI, after Goldman Sachs raises its target price for the pay TV company to 4.10 euros from 3.30 euros but reiterates its "sell" rating. "We are raising our estimates for subscriber growth and ARPU (average revenue per user) in the second quarter of 2009 and over the full-year 2009 to reflect encouraging market indications and the new pricing structure which causes a 7 percent revenue increase from 2010 and 13 million euro ($18.06 million) increase to 2010 EBITDA estimates," the brokerage says in a note.
