Optibase to deslist shares from Tel Aviv bourse
JERUSALEM, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Optibase Ltd (OBAS.O) OBAS.TA, an Israeli provider of digital video, said on Tuesday it will delist its shares from the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) as of Sept. 28.
Shares in Optibase, whose last day of trading on the TASE will be on Wednesday, will still be traded on Nasdaq.
Optibase is delisting from the TASE since most trading of its shares is in New York, with most of its investors operating in the U.S. market, the company said, noting that volume has been low in Tel Aviv since dual-listing in August 2007.
