AGBAR (AGS.MC), CRITERIA (CRIT.MC) SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT (SEVI.PA)
Suez and Agbar are considering separating off the parent company Aguas de Barcelona in order to ensure that the purchase of 70 percent of Agbar by Suez goes ahead, Expansion reported on Wednesday.
BBVA (BBVA.MC), PARQUESOL (PSL.MC)
Duch, controlled by BBVA and in which builder San Jose participates, will pay a fee of 984 million euros to participate in a project in which 16,000 houses will be built in Madrid, according to Cinco Dias.
TELECOMS (TEF.MC) (VOD.L) (FTE.PA)
Spain's telecoms regulator CMT is proposing a cut of 43 percent in mobile termination rates, it said on Tuesday, which may be introduced in October.
