Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on Thursday

ABENGOA (ABG.MC)
The Spanish engineering firm said it would issue up to 200 million euros of five-year debt, exchangeable into shares.
PRISA (PRS.MC)
Prisa is looking to sell 30 percent of its Media Capital unit to Portugal Telecom (PTC.LS) for 150 million euros, and may be seeking an alternative technological partner to Telefonica (TEF.MC), Expansion reported.
FCC (FCC.MC)
The building and services group is willing to sell minority stakes in energy units to interested infrastructure funds, newspaper Expansion reported.
IBERDROLA (IBE.MC)
The electricity company has sold its stakes in Iberoamericana de Energia Ibener and in Empresa Electrica Lican for a total of 212.54 million euros, it said early on Thursday, for gross capital gains of 85 million euros.
