Italian Stocks - Factors to watch on June 26
MILAN, June 26 (Reuters) - The following factors could affect Italian markets on Friday.

INTESA SANPAOLO (ISP.MI), GENERALI (GASI.MI)
Italy's Generali (GASI.MI) and France's Credit Agricole (CAGR.PA) announced on Thursday revision of an accord on their combined stakes in Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo that could answer antitrust concerns. [ID:nLP412503]
ENI (ENI.MI)
A group of Japanese companies led by refiner Nippon Oil Corp
(5001.T) is in the final stage of talks to win a $10 billion
development contract for Iraq's huge Nassiriya oilfield, a
Japanese newspaper reported on Friday. Eni is also vying for the

ENEL (ENEI.MI)
Enel has completed the 11.1 billion euro acquisition of Acciona's (ANA.MC) 25.01 percent stake in Endesa (ELE.MC) which raises its net debt by around 12.127 billion euros and leaves it with 92.06 percent of Endesa, it said in a statement. [ID:nBIA256c7]
In a separate statement on Thursday Enel said four non-executive directors at Endesa, previously nominated by Acciona, had resigned to be replaced by four new directors, including Enel CEO Fulvio Conti. [ID:nBIA256ff]
TELECOM ITALIA (TLIT.MI)
Brazil's telecoms regulator said there was no link between
the activities of Telecom Italia and Telefonica (TEF.MC) in
Brazil, with the two groups meeting conditions on management
separation as regards their mobile businesses, Corriere della
Sera said.
Citing local sources, the paper said a sale of Telecom's 50
percent stake in Sofora, the holding that controls Telecom
Argentina, to Argentina's Werthein family could be a "temporary"
solution to ensure the stake does not end in the hands of
"unwanted" investors.
* UNICREDIT (CRDI.MI)
The bank has decided to sell three real estate portfolios
worth over 1.2 billion euros, Il Messaggero said without citing
sources.
* BANCA POPOLARE (BAPO.MI)
The bank will issue the 1.45 billion euro state-backed bonds it plans to strengthen its capital ratios within a month, CEO Pierfrancesco Saviotti told Il Sole 24 Ore. [ID:nLQ451514]
MEDIOBANCA (MDBI.MI)
Corriere della Sera quoted a board member saying the bank's full-year results were in line with third quarter trends -- with an improvement in banking activities and the investment portfolio impacted by weak financial markets. He was speaking after a Mediobanca meeting examining the year's trading and a governance plan to be presented to the Bank of Italy, it said.
EDISON (EDN.MI)
The utility has approved new Euro Medium Term Note programme for up to a maximum of 2 billion euros, it said on Thursday. [ID:nLP904247]
LOTTOMATICA (LTO.MI)
The gaming company's board could consider a renewal of its mandate to issue bonds in a sign it may return to the market, banking sources said on Thursday. [ID:nLP878148]
* FINMECCANICA (SIFI.MI)
The company is set to launch a project to start production of A109 helicopters in China, Il Sole 24 Ore said citing Chinese newspaper China Daily.
SMALL AND MID CAPS
* SEAT PAGINE GIALLE (PGIT.MI)
Kepler cuts its target price to 0.01 euro from 0.08 euros, and kept a "reduce" rating.
SAFILO (SFLG.MI)
Fitch downgraded the eyewear designer's Long-term Issuer Default Rating to 'CC' from 'B-'.
* DAMIANI (DMN.MI)
Chief Executive Guido Damiani is optimistic the jewellery and luxury sector will pickup first among other sectors, he tells Il Sole 24 Ore. He says Damiani does not see an acquisition in watches as necessary and regarding new licences, he says it is talking to "famous brands, not only in fashion".
AS ROMA (ASR.MI)
The club's owner Italpetroli said on Thursday the conditions do not exist to proceed with a deal for the acquisition of a controlling stake by the consortium headed by Vinicio Fioranelli.
