Cepsa says Medgaz pipe to deliver gas in 2010
MADRID, June 25 (Reuters) - The 8-billion-cubic-metre per year Medgaz pipeline between Algeria and Spain will deliver its first gas in early 2010, Dominique de Riberolles, chief executive of Spanish energy firm Cepsa (CEP.MC), said on Thursday.
In late May, the chief executive of Algerian state energy group Sonatrach had said the pipeline would begin operations in the fourth quarter of this year. (Reporting by Jonathan Gleave; writing by Ben Harding; editing by Jason Webb)
