STOCKS NEWS EUROPE-Futures indicate flat to softer start
European stocks are set to open flat to slightly weaker, after snapping a four-day winning run in the previous session.
Futures for the Euro STOXX 50 STXEc1, Germany's DAX FDXc1 and France's CAC 40 FCEc1 are flat to down 0.2 percent.
Later in the session, investors' attention will switch to key U.S. data on GDP and weekly jobless data. A revised reading is expected to show that the world's biggest economy contracted at an annualised rate of 1.5 percent in the second quarter, compared with 1 percent previously reported.
