ISTANBUL, May 27 (Reuters) - Turkish newspaper publisher Hurriyet Gazetecilik (HURGZ.IS): * Says to propose to executive board the use of 50 percent of its assets as collateral for third parties * Board to decide on issue at June 24 meeting, according to a filing with the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
