REPSOL (REP.MC)

Repsol has discovered two new oil wells off the northern coast of Spain with a potential production of 8,000 barrels per day, four times the group's Spanish production.

IBERDROLA RENOVABLES (IBR.MC)

Utility Iberdrola's (IBE.MC) renewables unit has begun work on a 98.7 megawatt wind park in Star Point, Oregon, bringing to 547 MW the installaed wind power capapcity it has under construction in the United States, Cinco Dias and El Economista reported.

TELEFONICA (TEF.MC)

The Spanish telecoms firm is mulling changes in its pension fund towards less risky investments for its older members, Expansion reported, citing documents sent to investors.

ELECTRICITY UTILITIES

The Industry Ministry is set to announce electricity price hikes on Monday or Tuesday, which Cinco Dias reported could be 2.6 percent, without citing sources.
