MILAN, June 29 (Reuters) - Italy's industry minister said Thales Alenia Space had won a Russian contract worth about 250 million euros ($350 million) to supply communications satellites, Ansa news agency reported on Monday.

The company is 67 percent owned by France's Thales SA (TCFP.PA) and 33 percent by Italy's Finmeccanica SpA (SIFI.MI).

The minister, Claudio Scajola, spoke to reporters at the end of a ceremony in Moscow marking the 45th anniversary of the founding of the Italo-Russian chamber of commerce, Ansa said.
