MILAN, Oct 30 (Reuters) - The following factors could affect Italian markets on Thursday.

UNICREDIT (CRDI.MI)
Carimonte is favourable to subscribing to the bank's capital increase, its chairman was quoted as saying by Corriere della Sera, adding that Carimonte's shareholder Fondazione Modena might take part of Carimonte's subscription rights.
* The bank's strategic committee will discuss a draft of an internal reorganisation plan when it meets on Nov 3, Il Messaggero said without citing sources, adding CEO Alessandro Profumo aims to have the plan cleared by shareholders this spring.
TELECOM ITALIA (TLIT.MI)
The Telco group of investors that controls the phone company will meet next week to make the point on Telco's debt situation, Corriere della Sera said without citing sources.
* ENEL (ENEI.MI)
The utility's third-quarter results will show "an improvement" despite the recession, thanks in part to measures taken to protect margins and efficiency measures, CEO Fulvio Conti told Il Sole 24 Ore.
* MEDIASET (MS.MI)
The broadcaster is expected to launch a 300 million-euro bond of 5-7 years without rating and aimed at institutional investors in the second half of November, weekly Il Mondo said without citing sources.
Mediaset is eyeing digital TV transmission assets in Spain, MF said, citing unnamed sources with knowledge of Mediaset plans.
LUXOTTICA (LUX.MI)
The eyewear maker is looking to next year with a degree of optimism after a tough 2009, its CEO said, as the company posted a 20.6 percent fall in third-quarter net profit. [ID:nLT724421]
INTESA SANPAOLO (ISP.MI)
Citigroup raised its rating to "buy" from "hold".
* CAMPARI (CPRI.MI)
Goldman Sachs raised its price target to 7.4 euros from 6.8 ueors, with a "neutral" rating.
* BANCA POPOLARE DI MILANO (PMII.MI)
The bank will present a three-year industrial plan in December which will cut jobs and look for alliances with international partners, an executive told Il Sole 24 Ore [ID:nLU533337]
* BANCA MONTE DEI PASCHI DI SIENA (BMPS.MI)
The bank's board has given the green light to incorporate MPS Banca Personale into the main group, it said in a statement.
* EUROFIGHTER
The consortium that comprises BAE Systems (BAES.L), Finmeccanica (SIFI.MI) and EADS (EAD.PA) is focusing on exports to guarantee production in Europe until 2020-2022, Eurofighter CEO Enzo Casolini was quoted as saying in Il Sole 24 Ore. It expects to secure at least 300 figher jets out of a potential market of 800 estimated for the next 20 years, the paper said.
SMALL AND MID CAPS
MARIELLA BURANI FASHION GROUP (MBFG.MI)
The company's board has decided to propose shareholders to draw on all its reserves, cancel its capital, and launch a 83.5 million-euro rights issue to cover losses, Mariella Burani said in a statement.
The company said the participation of its controlling 71-percent shareholder to the recapitalisation is conditional on a restructuring agreement with creditor banks.
If a deal with banks is reached the board may consider other measures to relaunch the company. If there is no deal and shareholders do not approve the recapitalisation, the board will have to consider insolvency proceedings, it said.
* TELECOM ITALIA MEDIA (TCM.MI)
The company has appealed against Italian communications regulator's decision on the allotment of digital TV frequencies, MF said without citing sources. The appeal includes a damage claim of 250 million euros, the paper said.
* AS ROMA (ASR.MI)
Things could get heated at the shareholder meeting of AS Roma's controlling investor Italpetroli between the Sensi family and creditor UniCredit, Il Sole 24 Ore said, without citing sources.
D'AMICO INTERNATIONAL (B7C.MI)
JP Morgan cut its price target to 1.09 euros from 1.11 euros with a "neutral" rating.
