BP SELLS GREEK ASSETS TO HELLENIC PETROLEUM
Hellenic Petroleum (HEPr.AT), Greece's biggest refiner, is set to bolster its leadership in the country's retail market after agreeing to buy petrol and storage assets from BP Plc (BP.L) for 359 million euros. [ID:nLQ899517]
MOTOR OIL, DELEK REPORTEDLY SUBMITTED BIS FOR SHELL'S NETWORK IN GREECE
Greece's Motor Oil (MORr.AT), Israeli Delek (DELKG.TA) and possibly a Russian company have submitted offers to buy Shell's (RDSa.L) 700 gas stations in Greece, financial daily Imerisia reported, citing unnamed sources. The bids are below 400 million euros and Shell may keep receiving offers until July 10, the paper added.

METKA SIGNS DEAL TO BUILD 700MW POWER PLANT IN SYRIA
