IBERDROLA (IBE.MC)

The Spanish electricity utility on Wednesday said it would sell direct and indirect stakes it holds in two of the country's six regasification plants for 200 million euros ($282.6 million).

FERROVIAL (FER.MC) CINTRA (CCIT.MC)

The Spanish building and services group said on Tuesday it has signed a 3.3 billion euro ($4.66 billion) loan deal which eases its proposed merger with its 63 percent owned motorway unit Cintra (CCIT.MC).

ROVI (ROVI.MC)

The pharmaceutical company has reached an agreement with Novavax Inc. (NVAX.O) to use the U.S. company's technology to produce pandemic and seasonal flu vaccines, Rovi said on Tuesday.
