MILAN, June 17 (Reuters) - Italian industrial holding company CIR SpA (CIRX.MI) said in a statement on Wednesday:
* Austrian power company Verbund (VERB.VI) completes 150 million euro capital increase in CIR energy unit Sorgenia
* Deal values Sorgenia at 3.9 billion euros
* CIR holds 51.85 percent of Sorgenia
