BRIEF-Italy June new car sales up 12.38 pct- ministry

MILAN, July 1 (Reuters) - Italy's Transport Ministry provided new car registrations for June on Wednesday:

* New car registrations up 12.38 percent year-on-year at 209,315 units.

* Registrations for cars from Fiat SpA's (FIA.MI) three brands up 17.1 percent at 71,121 units, according to Reuters calculations.

* Fiat's June market share 33.98 percent, against 32.62 percent a year earlier, according to Reuters calculations.

Fiat's market share in May was 34.38 percent.
