Edison CEO says first ITGI supplies to Bulgaria in 2015

ROME, July 14 (Reuters) - The first gas supplies to Bulgaria from an extension to the ITGI pipeline will come in 2015, the head of Italian utility Edison SpA (EDN.MI), which is about to sign a deal on the project, said on Tuesday.

Edison is scheduled to sign an accord later on Tuesday on the extension.

The infrastructure will be completed in 2012, Chief Executive Umberto Quadrino told reporters on the margins of an energy regulator's event.

Greece's state gas company DEPA and Bulgaria's BEH also are taking part in the project.
