MADRID, June 23 (Reuters) - Citi Infrastructure Partners (C.N) holds 47 percent of Spanish tollroad business Itinere (ITIE.MC) after receiving acceptances for 91 percent of the share capital it had bid for, Spain's stock market regulator CNMV said on Tuesday.

Spanish builder Sacyr Vallehermoso announced an agreement to sell its stake in Itinere to Citi for 3.96 euros per share last year, valuing the firm at 2.87 billion euros ($3.98 billion). ($1=.7216 Euro) (Reporting by Tracy Rucinski; Editing by Ben Harding)
