California Calpine Sutter plant returns

The Sutter station opened in 2001 near Yuba City in Sutter County about 40 miles (65 km) north of Sacramento. It is a combined-cycle natural gas-fired plant with two 175-MW combustion turbines and one 180-MW steam turbine.
