PIONEER INVESTMENTS
The global investment management group named Joseph D. Kringdon head of U.S. Retail Distribution and direct its U.S. sales team. Kringdon was previously with Putnam Investments as managing director who most recently served as Putnam's regional director of sales in the East.
PROXY GOVERNANCE INC
Proxy Governance, an independent proxy advisory and voting company, said Michael J. Ryan, Jr., has joined the company as its president and chief operations officer. Prior to his appointment, Ryan was an executive vice president and general counsel at the American Stock Exchange and has served as counsel to the chairman of the National Association of Securities Dealers, now part of FINRA.
LEGAL & GENERAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT
The U.K-based investment company appointed Mark Zinkula as Chief Executive Officer of its U.S. division. Zinkula, who has been an LGIM director since its inception has most recently been Cornell College's Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer and before that, Global Head of Fixed Income at AEGON.
DUFF & PHELPS CORP (DUF.N)
The provider of financial advisory and investment banking services named Christopher Bakewell managing director. Bakewell joins the Houston office from Kroll Inc.
COMPUTERSHARE LIMITED (CPU.AX)
The financial services provider named Sajoo Samuel senior vice president, product development, computershare investor services. Sajoo joins from BNY Mellon Shareowner Services.
AXA EQUITABLE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY
The primary U.S. life insurance and savings unit of the global AXA Group (AXAF.PA) named Connie O'Brien senior vice president of internet strategy & development. O'Brien was previously vice president of internet strategy & development.
CENTERLINE HOLDING COMPANY CHC.N
The alternative asset manager announced the retirement of Larry Duggins, executive managing director of Centerline's commercial real estate group effective June 30. Centerline's Commercial Real Estate Group is now structured as two Divisions led by William Hyman and Mark Brown.
