Pacific Rim says will not sell El Salvador assets
TORONTO, July 3 (Reuters) - Pacific Rim Mining (PMU.TO) said on Thursday it will not sell its assets in El Salvador, including its El Dorado gold mine, despite permitting problems that have forced it to reduce drilling and exploration activity in the country.
"No, absolutely not," Chief Executive Thomas Shrake told Reuters when asked whether he would consider selling the assets.
"(El Dorado) is a very attractive mine, high margin, environmentally solid, and the other projects that we have just have extremely high odds of success." (Reporting by Cameron French; Editing by Peter Galloway)
