NEW YORK, Sept 4 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move in the U.S. on Friday:

Array BioPharma Inc (ARRY.O) $2.85, down 24.6 pct

Biopharmaceutical company Array BioPharma Inc said its

experimental drug to treat rheumatoid arthritis failed to

meet its goal in a mid-stage trial. Baird subsequently

cut the stock to "neutral" from "outperform."

Luminex Corp (LMNX.O)

Genetic device maker Luminex Corp (LMNX.O) said its new

cystic fibrosis test received marketing approval from U.S.

health regulators.

COOPER COS (COO.N), $15.36, up 15.36

The eye-care company posted a lower-than-expected quarterly profit, hurt by restructuring chargers, and cut its 2009 net earnings view. [ID:nBNG444141]
