New Issue-Harris Corporation sells $350 mln in 10-yr notes

  June 4 (Reuters) - IT Services provider Harris Corp
(HRS.N) on Thursday sold $350 million in 10-year notes, said
IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $300 million.
  Citigroup and Morgan Stanley were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
