NEW YORK, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on Wednesday:

PROCTER & GAMBLE CO (PG.N), $53.51, down 3.5 pct

The Dow component reported fourth-quarter earnings that beat expectations, but said first-quarter results may trail estimates. [ID:nN05142527]

KRAFT FOODS INC (KFT.N), $27.97, down 1.3 pct

The Dow component late Tuesday reported its second-quarter results and gave a full-year outlook. [ID:nN04406281]

MARSH & MCLENNAN COS INC (MMC.N), $22.38, up 4.1 pct

The insurance broker swung to a second-quarter net loss as it wrote down the goodwill value of a business unit. [ID:nN05212311]

DEAN FOODS INC (DF.N), $19.20, down 10 pct

The company reported a 31 percent increase in quarterly profit helped by lower costs for raw milk and other commodities, but offered a new full-year outlook that fell short of analyst expectations. [ID:nN30528632]

GARMIN LTD (GRMN.O), $32.86, up 20.9 pct
