KRAFT FOODS INC (KFT.N)
The food company, a Dow component, reported first-quarter earnings that beat expectations. [ID:nN05387053]
Shares rose 4.4 percent to $25.32 in premarket trade.
AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC (AIG.N)
The insurance company is expected to report a first-quarter loss, though the results aren't expected to trigger another capital injection from the U.S. government, a source familiar with the matter said late Monday. [ID:nN04457837]
Shares surged 11 percent to $1.62 in premarket trade on Tuesday.
CVS CAREMARK CORP (CVS.N)
The drug store reported adjusted first-quarter earnings that were at the high end of its own outlook. [ID:nBNG491584]
Shares were slightly higher at $32.15 in premarket trading after closing Monday at $32.03.
CHURCH & DWIGHT CO INC (CHD.N)

UBS AG (UBSN.VX) (UBS.N)
