 NEW YORK, May 5 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on
Tuesday:
 KRAFT FOODS INC (KFT.N)
 The food company, a Dow component, reported first-quarter
earnings that beat expectations. [ID:nN05387053]
 Shares rose 4.4 percent to $25.32 in premarket trade.
 AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC (AIG.N)
 The insurance company is expected to report a first-quarter
loss, though the results aren't expected to trigger another
capital injection from the U.S. government, a source familiar
with the matter said late Monday. [ID:nN04457837]
 Shares surged 11 percent to $1.62 in premarket trade on
Tuesday.
 CVS CAREMARK CORP (CVS.N)
 The drug store reported adjusted first-quarter earnings
that were at the high end of its own outlook. [ID:nBNG491584]
 Shares were slightly higher at $32.15 in premarket trading
after closing Monday at $32.03.
 CHURCH & DWIGHT CO INC (CHD.N)
 The consumer products company reported first-quarter
earnings that beat expectations and raised its 2009 earnings

 Shares closed Monday at $56.91.
 UBS AG (UBSN.VX) (UBS.N)
 The bank on Tuesday said it remained wary on its immediate
outlook, though capital ratios cut the need for a balance sheet

 U.S.-listed shares fell 2.4 percent to $14.23 in premarket
trade.
 AVON PRODUCTS INC (AVP.N)
 The company reported first-quarter results that were weaker

 ARCHER DANIELS MIDLAND CO (ADM.N)
 The agricultural processor reported third-quarter earnings

 EMERSON ELECTRIC CO (EMR.N)
 The company reported second-quarter results that fell from
the prior year and missed expectations, though it affirmed its

 DUKE ENERGY CORP (DUK.N)
 The company reported adjusted first-quarter earnings of 28
cents a share compared with the Reuters Estimate for a profit

 ALTRA HOLDINGS INC (AIMC.O)
 The producer of mechanical power transmission and motion
control products posted a quarterly profit that beat estimates
and said it was on track to meet the lower end of its full-year

 Shares rose 17.6 percent at $7.25 in premarket trading.
 AMERICAN FINANCIAL GROUP INC (AFG.N)
 The company reported quarterly results and raised its
