NETAPP INC (NTAP.O)
EMC raised its all-cash offer to buy Data Domain to $33.50 per share. [ID:nWNAB4477]
In addition, NetApp received all regulatory clearance to proceed with its proposed acquisition of Data Domain. [ID:nWNAB4473]
Shares of EMC rose 0.6 percent to $12.86 in premarket trading while Data Domain rose 5.9 percent to $34.10 and NetApp closed Thursday at $18.96.
WELLS FARGO & CO (WFC.N)
The bank plans to "grow and invest" in the securities business it largely inherited from Wachovia. [ID:nBNG538336]
Shares of Wells Fargo slid 0.5 percent to $22.96 in premarket trading.
UBS AG (UBS.N) (UBSN.VX)
