Shares of the company, a Dow component, rose 5.4 percent to $1.75 in premarket trade.
WAL-MART STORES INC (WMT.N)
The discount retailer, a Dow component, reported April same-store sales results that beta expectations. [ID:nN07455499]
Shares rose 3.8 percent to $51.40 in premarket trading.
COSTCO WHOLESALE CORP (COST.O)
The retailer reported a drop of 8 percent in its April same-store sales, when the sale of fuel is included. [ID:nWNAB5000]
The stock closed Wednesday at $46.87.
NASDAQ OMX GROUP (NDAQ.O)
The company reported adjusted first-quarter earnings that beat expectations. [ID:nN06328800]

PEPSI BOTTLING GROUP INC (PBG.N)
PepsiAmericas on Thursday rejected an unsolicited takeover bid from PepsiCo, saying it "significantly undervalues the strategic benefits of system consolidation."
The move came shortly after fellow Pepsi Bottling Group also rejected a buyout offer from PepsiCo. [ID:nN07329197]
Shares of PepsiAmericas closed Wednesday at $25.20 while PepsiCo closed at $49.72 and Pepsi Bottling closed at $32.05.
SIRIUS XM RADIO INC (SIRI.O)

ELIZABETH ARDEN INC (RDEN.O)

LIMITED BRANDS INC (LTD.N)
The retailer reported a decline of 6 percent in its April same-store sales. The analyst consensus was for a drop of 5.9 percent.
