The automaker reported a first-quarter loss and said it

Shares of the company, a Dow component, rose 5.4 percent to
$1.75 in premarket trade.

WAL-MART STORES INC (WMT.N)

The discount retailer, a Dow component, reported April
same-store sales results that beta expectations.

Shares rose 3.8 percent to $51.40 in premarket trading.

COSTCO WHOLESALE CORP (COST.O)

The retailer reported a drop of 8 percent in its April
same-store sales, when the sale of fuel is included.

NASDAQ OMX GROUP (NDAQ.O)

The company reported adjusted first-quarter earnings that

PepsiAmericas on Thursday rejected an unsolicited takeover
bid from PepsiCo, saying it "significantly undervalues the
strategic benefits of system consolidation."

The move came shortly after fellow Pepsi Bottling Group

SIRIUS XM RADIO INC (SIRI.O)

The radio company reported a quarterly loss that was

ELIZABETH ARDEN INC (RDEN.O)

The cosmetics and perfume company reported an adjusted

LIMITED BRANDS INC (LTD.N)

The retailer reported a decline of 6 percent in its April

The company reported first-quarter earnings of 45 cents a
share and revenue growth of 2 percent. The analyst consensus
