New Issue-Int'l Game Technology sells $500 mln 10-yr notes
June 10 (Reuters) - Electronic gaming equipment
manufacturer International Game Technology (IGT.N) on Wednesday
sold $500 million in 10-year senior notes, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service.
Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, RBS, and Wachovia were the active bookrunning managers for the sale. Mitsubishi UFJ, Morgan Stanley, Mizuho, and Deutsche Bank were the passive bookrunners.
