 NEW YORK, June 11 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on
Thursday:
 CLOROX CO (CLX.N)
 The company raised its quarterly dividend by 9 percent and
affirmed its fiscal 2010 outlook. [ID:nWNAB8813]
 Shares rose 1.4 percent to $54.22 in premarket trading.
 DEL MONTE FOODS CO (DLM.N)
 The company reported fourth-quarter results that beat
expectations. [ID:nWNAB8826]
 Shares rose 11 percent to $8.45 in premarket trading.
 BANK OF AMERICA CORP (BAC.N)
 KBW upgraded the Dow component to outperform, saying that
the completion of capital raising actions "takes away a level
of uncertainty that kept us from being positive on the
shares."
 Shares rose 1.8 percent to $12.20 in premarket trading.
 GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP (GS.N)
 MORGAN STANLEY (MS.N)
 Bernstein Research raised its 2010 earnings estimates on
both Goldman Sachs (GS.N) and Morgan Stanley (MS.N), after the
U.S. government gave the financial services companies approval
to repay TARP funds.
 The firm forecast 2010 earnings of $17.13 a share for
Goldman and earnings of $3.80 a share for Morgan Stanley. It
previously saw a profit of $16.47 a share and $3.38 a share,
respectively.
 Shares of Goldman edged 0.2 percent higher to $146.96 in
premarket trading while Morgan Stanley was up 0.2 percent to
$29.32.
 FORD MOTOR CO (F.N)
 The Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Corp is interested
in buying Ford's Volvo unit, according to a report in the Wall
Street Journal. [ID:nBNG461898]
 Shares of Ford closed Wednesday at $6.19.
 CITIGROUP INC (C.N)
 Permira [PERM.UL] and Bain Capital are among the private
equity firms that may bid for a Japanese telemarketer expected
to be sold by Citigroup. The unit could be sold in a deal worth
around $1.5 billion, people familiar with the matter said.

 Shares of Citigroup rose 1 cent to $3.49 in premarket
trading.
 VULCAN MATERIALS CO (VMC.N)
 The company late Wednesday said it would offer 11.5 million
common shares and cut future quarterly dividends to 25 cents.

 Shares fell 5.6 percent to $41.50 in premarket trading.
 ATP OIL & GAS CORP (ATPG.O)
 The company launched a public offering of 7.25 million
shares of its common stock on Wednesday to support capital
expenditures related to its drilling and development

 Shares fell 6.4 percent to $8.68 in after-hours trading.
 PINNACLE FINANCIAL PARTNERS INC (PNFP.O)
 The company plans to raise up to $100 million in common

 Shares fell 6 percent to $13.50 in after-hours trading.
 ACTUANT CORP (ATU.N)
 The diversified manufacturer withdrew its 2009 profit
outlook and cut its third-quarter forecast to reflect weakening

 Shares slid 8 percent to $11.97 in after-hours trading.
