HEADLINE STOCKS-U.S. stocks on the move on June 11

 NEW YORK, June 11 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move
on Thursday:
 CLOROX CO (CLX.N)
 The company raised its quarterly dividend by 9 percent and
affirmed its fiscal 2010 outlook. [ID:nN11467201]
 Shares rose 1.5 percent to $54.31.
 DEL MONTE FOODS CO (DLM.N)
 The company reported fourth-quarter results that beat
expectations, helped by price increases, volume growth and cost
cutting. [ID:nN11407211]
 Shares rose 10.1 percent to $8.42.
 JPMORGAN CHASE (JPM.N)
 The company said it would buy the rest of hedge fund unit
Highbridge Capital Management on July 1. It first bought a
small stake in the firm in 2004. [ID:nWEN0358]
 Shares of JPMorgan, a Dow component, slipped 0.1 percent to
$34.82.
 BANK OF AMERICA CORP (BAC.N)
 KBW upgraded the Dow component to outperform, saying that
the completion of capital raising actions "takes away a level
of uncertainty that kept us from being positive on the
shares."
 Shares rose 3.0 percent to $12.34.
 GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP (GS.N)
 MORGAN STANLEY (MS.N)
 Bernstein Research raised its 2010 earnings estimates on
both Goldman Sachs (GS.N) and Morgan Stanley (MS.N), after the
U.S. government gave the financial services companies approval
to repay TARP funds.
 The firm forecast 2010 earnings of $17.13 a share for
Goldman and earnings of $3.80 a share for Morgan Stanley. It
previously saw a profit of $16.47 a share and $3.38 a share,
respectively.
 Shares of Goldman fell 0.5 percent to $145.92 and Morgan
Stanley fell 0.2 percent to $29.19.
 QUALCOMM INC (QCOM.O)
 The company raised its its quarterly profit and revenue
outlook as it forecast better-than-expected mobile phone chip
sales, though it also remains cautious because of the weak

 Shares slipped 0.1 percent to $46.06.
 EXXON MOBIL CORP (XOM.N)
 Alaska officials said an announcement was imminent on a
deal that would have Exxon team up with Calgary-based
TransCanada Corp (TRP.TO) to design and possibly build a
long-sought Alaska natural gas pipeline. [ID:nN11315822]
 Shares of the Dow component rose 0.3 percent to $74.05.
 FORD MOTOR CO (F.N)
 The Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Corp is interested
in buying Ford's Volvo unit, according to a report in the Wall
Street Journal. [ID:nBNG461898]
 Shares of Ford fell 0.7 percent to $6.15.
 CITIGROUP INC (C.N)
 Permira [PERM.UL] and Bain Capital are among the private
equity firms that may bid for a Japanese telemarketer expected
to be sold by Citigroup. The unit could be sold in a deal worth
around $1.5 billion, people familiar with the matter said.

 Shares of Citigroup rose 1.2 percent to $3.52.
 VULCAN MATERIALS CO (VMC.N)
 The company late Wednesday said it would offer 11.5 million
common shares and cut future quarterly dividends to 25 cents.

 Shares fell 5.3 percent to $41.60.
 ATP OIL & GAS CORP (ATPG.O)
 The company launched a public offering of 7.25 million
shares of its common stock on Wednesday to support capital
expenditures related to its drilling and development

 Shares fell 8.1 percent to $8.51.
 PINNACLE FINANCIAL PARTNERS INC (PNFP.O)
 The company plans to raise up to $100 million in common
equity to strengthen its capital position. [ID:nWNAB8616]
 Shares fell 7.0 percent to $13.35.
 ACTUANT CORP (ATU.N)
 The diversified manufacturer withdrew its 2009 profit
outlook and cut its third-quarter forecast to reflect weakening
end markets and various charges. [ID:nBNG471627]
 Shares slid 3.2 percent to $12.60.
