NEW YORK, Oct 12 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on Monday:

BLACKSTONE GROUP (BX.N), $15.94, up 7.3 pct

The company is planning to list up to eight of its portfolio companies, according to a source who received a letter the firm sent to investors on Friday. [ID:nN1295621]

LAZARD LTD (LAZ.N), $41.55, down 0.8 pct

The company on Sunday said that Bruce Wasserstein, its chairman and chief executive officer, had been hospitalized for an irregular heartbeat. The company said Wasserstein's condition was serious, but that he was stable and recovering. [ID:nN1185066]

KB HOME (KBH.N), $15.32, down 7.1 pct

The company is being investigated by the SEC over possible accounting and disclosure issues. [ID:nN1176377]

BLACK & DECKER CORP (BDK.N), $51.23, up 8.4 pct

The company raised its third-quarter earnings outlook, citing a lower tax rate. [ID:nWNAB8090]

DEPOMED INC (DEPO.O), $4.05, down 36 pct

The company said its drug to treat menopausal hot flashes met only one of the four co-primary goals in late-stage trials after 12 weeks. [ID:nBNG283284]

GOOGLE INC (GOOG.O), $524.82, up 1.6 pct

Thomas Weisel raised its price target on the Internet company to $620 from $530, saying Google's ability to penetrate new markets outside of search weren't being fully valued. [ID:nBNG507401]
