NEW YORK, Feb 15 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on Friday:

KRAFT FOODS INC (KFT.N)

GLAXOSMITHKLINE (GSK.L)(GSK.N)

Shares of Kraft Foods and U.S.-listed shares of UK drugmaker GlaxoSmithKline rose in extended-hours after Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc (BRKa.N)(BRKb.N) said on Thursday it had taken stakes in the companies.

Kraft shares rose 2.6 percent to $30.07 and GlaxoSmithKline ADRs rose 1.9 percent to $44.14 after the closing bell.

CONSOL ENERGY INC (CNX.N)

PEABODY ENERGY CORP (BTU.N)

ARCH COAL INC (ACI.N)

FOUNDATION COAL HOLDINGS INC (FCL.N)

Goldman Sachs cut the U.S. coal sector to "cautious" from "neutral," saying domestic and international coal prices were set to come down and earnings would, at best, meet consensus views. [ID:nWNA1523]

SCHERING-PLOUGH CORP SGP.N

Eli Lilly and Co (LLY.N)

Goldman Sachs said that these stocks were its preferred pharmaceutical stocks.

The brokerage raised its rating on the U.S. major pharmaceuticals sector to "attractive" from "neutral," saying the sector's year-to-date underperformance created an attractive buying opportunity. [ID:nWNA1527]
