NEW YORK, June 17 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on Wednesday:
FEDEX CORP (FDX.N)
The shipping company reported fourth-quarter results and forecast an "extremely difficult" operating environment for the first two quarters of its fiscal year. [ID:nN17132005]
Shares fell 2.4 percent to $50.18.
TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INC (TXN.N)
Bank of America-Merrill Lynch upgraded the stock to "buy," saying it expects a margin expansion at the company to be well above the Wall Street view.
Shares rose 1.8 percent to $21.10.
WATSON PHARMACEUTICALS INC (WPI.N)
The company is buying privately help Arrow Group, a generic drugmaker, for $1.75 billion. [ID:nN17382147]
Shares rose 5.3 percent to $30.36.
E*TRADE FINANCIAL CORP (ETFC.O)
The company said it would raise at least $1.2 billion by selling common stock and launching a debt exchange in a move to raise capital. [ID:nN17324704]
Shares fell 12 percent to $1.45.
MOLECULAR INSIGHT PHARMA INC (MIPI.O)
