IPCS INC (IPCS.O), $23.82, up 33 pct
Sprint agreed to buy iPCS for about $831 million, including the assumption of $405 million of net debt. Under terms of the agreement, Sprint will start a cash tender to buy all of iPCS' outstanding common shares for $24 per share. [ID:nN19365185]
