FANNIE MAE (FNM.N)

The company said Karen Pallotta will replace Thomas Lund as head of its single-family mortgage business, effective June 1. Lund will retire at the end of June, the company said. [ID:nN20495218]

PROSKAUER ROSE

The law firm named Bruce Lieb and Robin Painter as co-chairs of its corporate department; Elise Bloom as co-chair of its labor and employment law department; and Robert Cleary as co-chair of the litigation and dispute resolution department.

The firm also named Louis Eatman as head of its Los Angeles office and David Pratt as co-head of its Boca Raton office.

MOELIS & CO

The boutique U.S. investment bank said Alex Rubin will join the firm in June as managing director based in New York. Rubin, who was previously with Citigroup (C.N), will be responsible for providing advisory services to clients in the real estate sector, Moelis said.

KPMG

The UK firm said Darryl Murphy will join the company as one of the senior figures tracking market developments for global clients. Murphy, who will join KPMG in July, is currently head of European project finance and global head of infrastructure at HSBC (HSBA.L).

JONES DAY

The international law firm said Lily Fu Claffee has joined its Washington office as a partner in the government regulation practice. She formerly served as general counsel of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

RBC WEALTH MANAGEMENT

The company said it recently hired the Galli Investment Team, which manages taxable and tax-exempt short-term bond portfolios customized to meet specific objectives. The team consists of Marina Galli, senior vice president-financial consultant; Jennifer Seidler, senior financial associate; Jennifer Cai, senior registered client associate; and Bonafe De Mayo, registered client associate. The team joins RBC from Credit Suisse and will work out of RBC's San Francisco office.
