 NEW YORK, May 20 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on
Wednesday:
 HEWLETT-PACKARD CO (HPQ.N)
 The tech company late Tuesday gave a disappointing
full-year revenue outlook and said it would cut 2 percent of

 Shares of the Dow component fell 3.4 percent to $35.34.
 BANK OF AMERICA CORP (BAC.N)
 The company raised $13.47 billion through a share sale, as
it moves to meet the U.S. government's requirements for
capital-raising. [ID:nN19416813]
 Shares of the Dow component rose 7.4 percent to $12.08.
 DEERE & CO (DE.N)
 Shares of the agricultural machinery company rose 5.2
percent to $46.10 after it reported second-quarter results and
gave a full-year outlook. [ID:nN20488425]
 PROCTER & GAMBLE (PG.N)
 Barclays upgraded the Dow component to overweight and
lifted its price target to $60 from $56.
 Shares of PG rose 2.4 percent to $54.23.
 MCDONALD'S CORP (MCD.N)
 Shares of the Dow component rose 3.2 percent to $55.56
after Deutsche Bank upgraded the company to buy from hold.
 TARGET CORP (TGT.N)
 The No. 2 U.S. discount retailer reported a lower quarterly
profit but the results beat Wall Street expectations as the
company kept a tight control on inventory and expenses, and
said its credit card business was profitable. [ID:nN19445539]
 Shares rose 4.8 percent to $43.98.
 BJ'S WHOLESALE CLUB INC (BJ.N)
 The discount retailer reported first-quarter results and
raised its full-year outlook. [ID:nN19420300]
 Shares fell 0.2 percent to $38.00.
 TWEEN BRANDS INC (TWB.N)
 The retailer reported a first-quarter loss that was
narrower than expected. [ID:nBNG386686]
 Shares soared 34 percent to $4.20.
 ANNTAYLOR STORES CORP (ANN.N)
 The retailer reported first-quarter results and forecast
"modest improvement" in second-quarter sales. [ID:nN20449275]
 Shares slid 1 percent $9.04.
 VISA INC (V.N)
 Wachovia resumed coverage with an outperform rating, saying
"underlying earnings visibility, balance sheet strength and
profitability of Visa will result in an outperforming share
price in the current economic environment."
 Shares of Visa rose 2.4 percent to $66.35.
 REGIONS FINANCIAL CORP (RF.N)
 The regional bank plans to raise $1.25 billion through
stock offerings, half of the sum federal regulators told it to
raise. [ID:nN20469316]
 Shares sank 3.8 percent to $5.04.
 TOLL BROTHERS INC (TOL.N)
 The luxury homebuilder forecast a drop of 51 percent in
second-quarter homebuilding revenue. [ID:nN19433833]
 Shares rose nearly 2 percent to $19.88.
 SOLARWINDS INC (SWI.N)
 The software company's initial public offering was priced
at $12.50 per share, exceeding expectations. [ID:nN19463821]
 Shares rose 16 percent to $14.50.
 ANALOG DEVICES INC (ADI.N)
 The semiconductor equipment maker late Tuesday reported
adjusted second-quarter results that beat expectations. It was
also upgraded to neutral from underperform at Robert W. Baird.

 Shares rose 14.7 percent to $23.62.
 MICROSOFT CORP (MSFT.O)
 The company may show a new version of its Internet search
engine publicly for the first time next week, according to a
report in the Wall Street Journal. [ID:nBNG414490]
 Shares of the Dow component rose 0.5 percent to $20.41.
 PARAGON SHIPPING INC (PRGN.O)
 The shipping transportation company reported first-quarter
earnings that beat expectations. [ID:nBNG451228]
 Shares surged 28 percent to $6.09.
 PHOTRONICS INC (PLAB.O)
 The semiconductor gear maker reported a drop of 25 percent
in its second-quarter revenue. [ID:nWNAB1597]
 Shares rose 6.8 percent to $2.62.
 ARRAY BIOPHARMA INC (ARRY.O)
 The company received an additional $40 million funding
commitment from Deerfield Management and plans to use these
funds to develop its small molecule drug programs.
