 NEW YORK, April 22 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks to watch on
Wednesday:
 AT&T INC (T.N)
 Shares of the communications company, a Dow component, rose
4.7 percent to $26.48 in premarket after it reported

 BOEING CO (BA.N)
 Shares of the plane maker, a Dow component, rose 1 percent
to $37.02 in premarket trade on Wednesday after it reported its
first-quarter results and cut its outlook. [ID:nWNAB6091]
 MORGAN STANLEY (MS.N)
 Shares fell 7.4 percent to $22.82 in premarket after the
financial services company reported a first-quarter loss and
cut its dividend to 5 cents in a move to enhance its capital.

 Shares of the bank fell 1.3 percent to $18.56 in premarket
after it reported a first-quarter profit in line with its prior

percent to $56.20 in premarket after it reported its
first-quarter results.
