NEW YORK, June 23 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on Tuesday:
BOEING CO (BA.N)
The plane maker delayed the first flight of its 787 aircraft again in order to reinforce an area within the side-of-body section of the aircraft. [ID:nN23546619]
Shares of the Dow component fell 7.9 percent to $43.22.
BANK OF AMERICA CORP (BAC.N)
The company proposed issuing $2.54 billion of common stock in exchange for existing preferred stock in an effort to raise capital demanded by federal regulators. [ID:nN23542865]
Shares of the Dow component rose 2.6 percent to $12.25.
LABORATORY CORPORATION OF AMERICA (LH.N)
MONOGRAM BIOSCIENCES INC (MGRM.O)
Laboratory Corp agreed to buy Monogram for about $106.7 million. [ID:nN2319381]
Shares of Laboratory fell 1.1 percent to $64.97 while Monogram soared 169 percent to $4.52.
AT&T INC (T.N)
MOTOROLA INC (MOT.N)
The company extended extended a network equipment supply agreement with Alcatel-Lucent (ALUA.PA) and said it would soon start selling a cellphone from Motorola. [ID:nN23469928]
