 U.S.-listed shares of Chemspec International (CPC.N) rallied in their
trading debut on Wednesday, after the company's initial public offering was
priced at $9 per American Depositary Receipt, the top of an expected range.

 Shares gained 6.9 percent to $9.63.

 MGM Mirage (MGM.N) shares rose on Wednesday after the company said late
Tuesday that there is no longer a substantial doubt about its ability to
continue as a "going concern." [ID:nN23106023]
 The casino operator recently raised $2.6 billion from the sale of debt and
equity after warning in March that auditors would include the language in its
annual report.
 Shares jumped 15.6 percent to $6.75 while fellow casino operator Las Vegas
Sands Corp (LVS.N) gained 9.1 percent to $8.04.

 Shares of Osiris Therapeutics Inc (OSIR.O) fell on Wednesday, a day after
the company's experimental adult stem cell treatment failed to improve lung
function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD).
 The drug didn't show a significant improvement in lung function as compared
to a dummy drug in a mid-stage trial with COPD patients. It is also currently
being tested in three late-stage studies in Crohns disease and graft versus
host disease.
