 NEW YORK, June 26 (Reuters) - The market for initial public offerings has begun to awaken
globally in the past three months, with the United States seeing its busiest quarter in a year, and
Asia seeing deal volume rise after five straight quarters of decline. Still, globally, deal volume
in dollar terms is down 91 percent so far in 2009, compared with the same period last year. Please
