LENNAR CORP (LEN.N)

The homebuilder reported a second-quarter loss that was wider than expected but also said it was "sensing pent-up demand in the market." [ID:nBNG21059]

CONAGRA FOODS INC (CAG.N)

The company reported fourth-quarter earnings that met expectations and forecast full-year results that could topped expectations. [ID:nN25345310]

TWEEN BRANDS INC (TWB.N)

DRESS BARN INC (DBRN.O)

A unit of Dress Barn will merge with Tween Brands in a stock-for-stock transaction. [ID:nWNAB2120]

Tween Brands shares rose 21.4 percent to $6.29 in premarket trading while Dress Barn shares added 4.2 percent to $13.80.

INSMED INC (INSM.O)

The stock fell 50 percent to $1.17 in premarket trading on Thursday, after the company said a drug missed a majority of functional endpoints in a Phase II study. [ID:nWNAB2121]

BANK OF AMERICA CORP (BAC.N)

Citigroup wrote that the bank's second quarter was "likely to be a challenge," and cut its price target on the stock to $18 from $20. [ID:nBNG81095]
