 NEW YORK, Sept 26 (Reuters) - U.S. stocks to watch on
Friday:
 JPMORGAN CHASE & CO (JPM.N)
 Washington Mutual (WM.N) was closed by the U.S. government
in by far the largest failure of a U.S. bank, and its banking
assets were sold to JPMorgan Chase for $1.9 billion.

 JP Morgan shares fell 2.4 percent to $42.40 before Friday's
opening bell.
 RESEARCH IN MOTION (RIMM.O)
 Shares slid 9.8 percent to $87.97 in extended trade on
Thursday after the BlackBerry maker posted quarterly revenues
that were below the average Wall Street forecast. For details

 ACCENTURE LTD (ACN.N)
 The company reported a quarterly profit that beat analysts'
expectations and forecast further growth in the year ahead, as
more clients seek its consulting and outsourcing services
despite a weak economy and gloomy financial markets.

 Shares of Accenture rose 1 percent to $37.55 after the
closing bell.
 SYNNEX CORP (SNX.N)
 The computer hardware distributor reported third-quarter
results above market estimates, helped by higher operating
margins, and gave fourth-quarter outlook mostly in line with

 Synnex shares rose about 2 percent to $21 in after-hours
trade.
 ALPHATEC HOLDINGS INC (ATEC.O)
 The medical-technology company said its Novel Cervical
Interbody implant was approved by U.S. health regulators.

 CHRISTOPHER AND BANKS CORP (CBK.N)
 The women's apparel chain posted better-than-expected
quarterly earnings, but forecast weak third-quarter earnings

after the bell.
 AMERICAN REPROGRAPHICS CO (ARP.N)
 The provider of document-management services cut its 2008
earnings and revenue forecast, citing volatile financial

trading after the bell.
 ZENITH NATIONAL INSURANCE CORP (ZNT.N)
 The workers' compensation insurer said it will incur
third-quarter impairment charges from its investment in now
bankrupt Lehman Brothers (LEHMQ.PK) and dilution of stake in
American International Group (AIG.N) after its bailout.

 The provider of property and casualty insurance cut its
