New Issue-WEA Finance sells $700 mln in 5-yr gtd snr notes
May 26 (Reuters) - WEA Finance LLC, a unit of Australia's
Westfield Group (WDC.AX), and WT Finance (Aust) Pty Ltd on
Tuesday sold $700 million in 5-year senior notes in the 144a
private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
The size of the deal was increased from an originally planned $500 million.
Barclays, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale. BORROWER: WEA FINANCE LLC/
