NEW YORK, Oct 28 (Reuters) - SanDisk Corp (SNDK.O) shares fell 2.5 percent to $22.12 in premarket trade on Wednesday after Goldman Sachs cut the flash memory maker to "neutral" while Texas Instruments Inc (TXN.N) gained 1.3 percent to $24.11 after the firm boosted the company to a "buy."
