ITT sells $1 bln of notes-IFR

NEW YORK, April 28 (Reuters) - ITT Corp (ITT.N) on Tuesday sold $1 billion of five-year and 10-year notes via Citigroup and JPMorgan, IFR reported.

The maker of wastewater pumps and military equipment sold $500 million of five-year notes, priced at a yield spread of 300 basis points over comparable Treasuries, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

It sold $500 million of 10-year notes at 312.5 basis points over Treasuries. (Reporting by Ciara Linnane; Editing by Dan Grebler)
