ALCOA INC (AA.N)
The aluminum company isn't planning to boost its stake in miner Rio Tinto (RIO.AX) (RIO.L), despite similar plans by its ally, Chinalco, according to sources. [ID:nSYD257342]
Shares of the company closed Wednesday at $10.48 and slid to $10.30 in premarket trade.
CHESAPEAKE ENERGY CORP (CHK.N)
The company filed an acquisition shelf to issue up to 50 million shares. [ID:nWNAB8107]
The stock closed Wednesday at $20.24 and slid to $17.52 on Friday before the bell.
TENET HEALTHCARE (THC.N)
The stock was upgraded to neutral from sell at UBS. [RCH/US]
Shares of the company closed Wednesday at $1.18.
G. WILLI-FOOD (WILC.O)
