UPDATE 1-Genworth Canadian unit prices IPO

NEW YORK, June 29 (Reuters) - Genworth Financial Inc (GNW.N) said on Monday that it raised $635 million to $730 million in an initial public offering of its Canadian mortgage insurance subsidiary, Genworth MI Canada Inc.

The offering priced 44.7 million shares in Canada at C$19 per share.

Following the offering's anticipated closing on July 7, shares of Genworth MI Canada will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol MIC, the company said. (Reporting by Martinne Geller; Editing by Muralikumar Anantharaman)
